Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Additionally, customers must provide a clear video recording of the package being opened as proof of condition at the time of delivery.
Return Window
You may initiate a return within 3 days from the date of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests beyond this time frame.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or eBooks
Items that has poor condition
Opened or used consumables

Special Conditions for Bulk Orders
For large or wholesale purchases exceeding $1000, returns are generally not accepted due to the volume and nature of such orders.
However, in the unlikely event that any items arrive damaged or defective, we will gladly assist with an exchange or replacement to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or the return is the result of an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.
